Kayla Gruber, MSE, LPCC

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a board approved supervisor for LPCC’s. I have completed training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and DC0-5 Diagnostic assessments. I am also trained in Circle of Security Parenting and have completed Theraplay Level 1 training.

There are so many variables in life that can impact kids and their functioning. I love coming beside families and working together to figure out how to best support them and to get them back to functioning as a family in a healthy manner. Whether you are looking for support through a minor life change or looking to work through a lot of past trauma, I am able to help. I am passionate about helping kids and their families get the support that they need. I pride myself on forming connections with clients and families and working together to create goals that match where they are and that fit their lifestyle.

I have been specializing in early childhood mental health for the last 6 years with a focus on trauma informed care. I have worked with a variety of concerns with children and teenagers and their families and have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field.

Outside of work you can find me enjoying time outdoors with my family.  We love any and all adventures but especially enjoy camping and going to the lake.

NORA POSTER, LGSW

I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. Currently, I am being trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and am fully trained to complete DC0-5 Diagnostic Assessments.

Coming to therapy is a big step and is not taken lightly! I am beyond happy that you are here taking this step. Working on yourself and your family will take place in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. One of my main goals of therapy is building a strong relationship base to feel comfortable sharing the rollercoaster of events that life gives you. I believe that mental health is a priority and should be incorporated into every major turn of your life.

I have experience in early childhood and family therapy. My therapeutic work uses a trauma and family systems approach. Recognizing that the needs of children and families is unique and person centered to help build the best connection.

When I am not providing therapy services I am spending time with my family. I enjoy being up north at the lake during the summer months in Minnesota and going on family adventures.
